Introducing Dr Pip Costley

Dr Pip Costley has joined our team in 2017.

Dr Pip Costley developed a passion for obstetrics and gynaecology during her undergraduate medical training at Monash University. After completing her internship at The Alfred, she commenced specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology through The Royal Women’s Hospital. She also worked at Sandringham, Shepparton, Geelong and Sunshine throughout her training.

Pip enjoys all aspects of women’s health. She has completed advanced training in general obstetrics and gynaecology, with a particular focus on laparoscopic surgery. Pip loves the opportunity to share a women’s journey through her entire pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period.

Pip has a consultant position at The Royal Women’s Hospital where she takes joy in teaching and mentoring the trainees who will one day be our future obstetrician/gynaecologists.

In her spare time, Pip plays netball, tennis and enjoys running. Most of all she loves to spend time with her husband, young son Lachie and dog Moonie.
